Sales Support Engineer – Ready-Mix Concrete

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Support Engineer – Ready-Mix Concrete to provide technical, operational, and customer support to the Sales Team and customers. The role covers order management, customer support & complaint handling, and technical specification review with BOQ preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Order Management & Order Booking – receive, review and process concrete orders, verify specifications and book them in the ERP/SAP system while coordinating production, dispatch and QA/QC.
• Customer Support & Complaint Management – act as the primary contact for customers, register and investigate complaints, work with internal teams to identify root causes and ensure closure.
• Technical Specification & BOQ Preparation – review drawings and specifications, extract concrete requirements, calculate quantities for various structural elements and prepare accurate BOQs.
• Sales & Technical Support – assist BDEs and the sales team with quotations, technical submissions, and customer meetings, ensuring technical requirements are clearly communicated.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in ready‑mix concrete or construction.
• Strong understanding of concrete grades, mix specifications, slump, admixtures, pumping and QA/QC requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and BOQs.
• Experience with SAP/ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
