Seasonal Waiter/Waitress – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Mandarin Oriental Muscat is seeking enthusiastic seasonal waiters and waitresses to join its Food & Beverage team. You will work in a high‑end beachfront resort, delivering the legendary service the brand is known for while supporting a dynamic dining environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, presentable uniform and uphold personal hygiene standards.
• Complete mise en place for each shift to ensure smooth service.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu and wine list, responding to guest requests.
• Greet guests, build rapport, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Keep the restaurant tidy and organized at all times.
• Prepare and deliver VIP amenities in line with Legendary Quality Standards.
• Present dishes according to hotel specifications and food & beverage standards.
• Upsell products and services to enhance guest experience and generate revenue.
• Handle billing tasks following hotel service and cashiering policies.
• Report guest comments or complaints promptly to the manager on duty.
