Missions principales

• Manage and convert incoming leads into high-value sales through proactive engagement.
• Execute outbound calling strategies to generate new business opportunities and expand our client base.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate closely with the operational team to ensure a seamless and premium customer journey.
• Follow up on submitted quotes and identify strategic upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Drive revenue growth by building long-term, trust-based relationships with our customers.

Profil recherché

• Proven track record of success in B2C sales environments.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong leadership qualities with excellent administrative management skills.
• Ability to design, implement, and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.
• A true "hunter" mindset: proactive, resilient, and highly solution-oriented.
