Senior BI Reporting Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior BI Reporting Developer to join our Qatar team on-site. The role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and Power Platform solutions that drive data‑driven decision making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Create Power Apps applications and automate business workflows with Power Automate.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and optimise DAX queries, data models, and SQL queries.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, APIs, and other enterprise systems.
• Perform data analysis, transformation, and ETL processes.
• Ensure performance optimisation and security compliance for all BI solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to dashboards, workflows, and applications.

Required profile

• 7‑8 years of overall IT experience, with a focus on Business Intelligence.
• Strong hands‑on experience in Power BI development.
• Proven experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Good knowledge of DAX, SQL, and data modelling concepts.
• Understanding of ETL processes and database management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
