Senior BMC Helix Consultant – 1 Month Contract

About the role

Müller's Solutions is looking for a Senior BMC Helix Consultant to lead a one‑month implementation of BMC Helix IT Asset Management and Discovery for a client in Oman. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate asset‑management needs into a fully configured, optimized solution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of BMC Helix IT Asset Management and Discovery modules.
• Configure and customize the BMC Helix platform to match client requirements and industry best practices.
• Conduct assessments and workshops to gather business and technical requirements.
• Develop integration strategies to connect BMC Helix with other ITSM and enterprise systems.
• Provide expert guidance on asset lifecycle management, discovery processes, and data accuracy.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance of the BMC Helix solution.
• Deliver training sessions and documentation for client teams.
• Stay current with product updates and IT asset‑management trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Asset Management and Discovery implementation, with hands‑on expertise in BMC Helix modules.
• Ability to build, deploy and configure containers on‑premises (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Podman) and set up discovery infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of IT asset‑management best practices and ITIL frameworks.
• Willingness to work onsite in Oman.
• Desirable: BMC Helix certifications and experience in GCC/MENA regions.
