Senior Chemical Engineer – Formulation & Quality Specialist

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Chemical Engineer to lead formulation and quality activities for our range of cleaning and household products in Salalah, Oman.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and improve formulations for detergents, hand washes, dishwashing liquids, laundry detergents, disinfectants, sanitizers and surface cleaners.
- Conduct stability testing, troubleshoot product issues such as phase separation, odor changes, viscosity variations and stability challenges.
- Implement and oversee quality control and quality assurance procedures.
- Optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and product performance.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in chemical formulation, manufacturing and quality systems.
- Proven ability to solve product performance issues.
- Experience with household and institutional cleaning product lines.
