Senior Creatio/BPM Developer (Onsite or Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Creatio/BPM Developer to enhance enterprise CRM and BPM solutions for a government project in Oman. The role can be performed onsite in Muscat with relocation support or remotely from the candidate’s country of residence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain solutions on the Creatio platform.
• Design and implement CRM and BPM functionality, including business processes, approvals, routing, notifications, business rules, custom sections and record cards.
• Develop server‑side logic using C#/.NET and customize Creatio modules and components.
• Participate in technical architecture design and select solution approaches.
• Implement integrations with external systems (ERP, billing, document management, portals, identity services, telephony) using REST API, JSON, OAuth 2.0, webhooks and, when required, SOAP.
• Estimate tasks, identify risks, conduct code reviews and help establish development standards.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues, optimise performance and SQL queries, and reduce technical debt.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of commercial software development experience, with at least 3 years of hands‑on Creatio/BPM development.
• Proven experience at Senior or Lead Developer level on CRM/BPM solutions.
• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET, ASP.NET, Web API, Entity Framework and relational databases (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Solid SQL skills, including query writing and optimisation.
• Experience designing and implementing REST‑API integrations, knowledge of JSON, OAuth 2.0 and webhooks.
• Ability to work independently, estimate work, and propose well‑argued implementation options.
• English proficiency sufficient for meetings, written communication and technical documentation.
