Senior Credit Analyst

About the role

Beehive is looking for a Senior Credit Analyst to strengthen its credit infrastructure through expert risk analysis, model management, and sound credit decision‑making. You will refine the proprietary credit model and support high‑quality lending decisions for SMEs, ensuring assessments are timely, ethical and reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end credit assessments, from data analysis and report preparation to final recommendations.
• Deliver accurate, compliant and timely assessments that align with the business’s lending strategy.
• Refine Beehive’s proprietary credit model using internal performance data and external market conditions.
• Run stress tests to evaluate model performance across different economic scenarios and SME‑specific risks.
• Identify early credit issues, design scalable solutions and continuously improve credit processes.
• Present clear, structured credit analysis to stakeholders across the business.

Required profile

• Proven experience in credit risk, credit modeling or a similar role within financial services or fintech.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and take initiative.
• In‑depth knowledge of credit regulations, risk metrics and stress‑testing methodologies.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive about process improvement and able to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
