Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for short‑term rental operators. As a Senior Full‑Stack Product Engineer you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of customer‑facing features, automation engines and AI‑powered workflows that help property managers scale their portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with property managers and internal teams to understand workflows, identify friction points and define product solutions.
• Design, develop, test and deploy full‑stack features using Python/FastAPI on the backend and React/TypeScript on the frontend.
• Build event‑driven automation pipelines that synchronize reservations, trigger cleaning schedules, send guest communications and generate owner reports.
• Integrate with external platforms such as Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio and OpenAI to create a seamless ecosystem.
• Monitor performance, collect user feedback and iterate on features to improve adoption, reduce manual effort and increase revenue for customers.

Required profile

• Strong experience building and shipping production software across frontend and backend.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into practical, working solutions.
• Comfort working directly with customers, designers and founders.
• Product mindset with curiosity about AI, automation and operational efficiency.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and own outcomes.
