Senior Program Manager – Solutions (Enterprise SaaS)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the delivery of our AI‑powered SaaS platform for large‑scale energy, infrastructure and construction projects. You will act as the primary liaison between senior client stakeholders and internal delivery teams, ensuring program objectives are met on time, on budget, and with measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with client and business goals.
• Define program scope, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Provide on‑site support during planning and execution phases, overseeing multiple project managers and delivery teams.
• Track progress, manage inter‑dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Drive process standardisation, integration, and implementation of system improvements across projects.
• Configure, train, implement, and deploy the platform to meet client‑specific requirements.
• Facilitate communication between field sites, client head offices, PMO teams, and key stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
• Lead escalation resolution for critical issues impacting delivery or client relationships.
• Mentor and coordinate cross‑functional internal teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, multi‑project programs in the energy, infrastructure or construction sectors.
• Strong client‑facing skills with a track record of delivering high client satisfaction.
• Ability to lead, mentor and build high‑performing, cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, especially in workflow optimisation.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and digital transformation initiatives is preferred.

Required skills
