About the role
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex oil & gas, refinery and petrochemical projects in Oman. The role involves overseeing project delivery, managing risks and ensuring alignment with our sustainability and in‑country‑value objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead multi‑disciplinary engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Manage project cost, schedule and resource allocation to meet targets.
- Provide strong HSE leadership and ensure compliance across all activities.
- Maintain effective stakeholder and interface management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify, assess and mitigate technical and commercial risks.
Required profile
- 10+ years of engineering and project management experience.
- Minimum 5 years in oil & gas, refinery or petrochemical sectors.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
