Senior Project PMO Implementation Manager

About the Role

Join Mace on a landmark large-scale mixed-use development project in the outskirts of Muscat. As a Project PMO Implementation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, ensuring seamless integration between residential, commercial, and public space sectors through robust project governance and strategic planning.

Main Missions

• Develop and implement formal written procedures for the Master Programme.
• Design, manage, and monitor the Master Schedule, including dependency and interface management.
• Establish and track critical planning KPIs and real-time performance dashboards.
• Conduct planning risk assessments and manage Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
• Oversee supply chain compliance audits and manage schedule changes effectively.
• Facilitate onboarding packs, workshops, and hands-on training for client teams and partners.
• Deliver high-level presentations to executive leadership and key project stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in PMO implementation or Project Controls within large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage medium-complexity portfolios and complex scheduling interdependencies.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable real-time dashboards.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and executive reporting.
• Proactive approach to risk mitigation and process optimization.
