Senior Relationship Manager – Corporate Liabilities

About the role

The Senior Relationship Manager – Corporate Liabilities will drive growth of the bank’s corporate deposit base by acquiring new corporate clients, deepening existing relationships, and promoting digital banking solutions. The role focuses on expanding CASA and operative accounts while ensuring profitability and customer retention.

Key responsibilities

• Increase overall corporate deposits by onboarding new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones.
• Drive growth in Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) balances by understanding cash‑management needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Promote migration of corporate clients to the ABO Digital platform to enhance operational efficiency.
• Identify and prospect potential corporate customers, managing and nurturing relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Establish new account relationships, especially for clients interested in digital products, and facilitate seamless onboarding.
• Regularly meet with clients to provide tailored banking solutions and foster long‑term profitable relationships.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities for corporate, institutional, and personal banking products and collaborate with internal teams.
• Represent the bank positively at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings, staying aware of market trends and competitor offerings.

Required profile

• Omani nationals only.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in corporate banking or relationship management.
