Senior Sales Executive

About the role

The Senior Sales Executive will own a portfolio of key clients and media agencies, driving revenue growth for outdoor media assets. You will lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to post‑campaign review, ensuring client satisfaction and profitable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business and upsell opportunities through market and client analysis.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline with clear revenue forecasts.
• Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and campaign proposals to clients and agencies.
• Advise clients on formats, locations, timing and budgets for outdoor campaigns.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with senior decision‑makers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and production.
• Monitor invoicing and cash collection, ensuring account profitability.
• Maintain and grow long‑term relationships with key accounts and agencies.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English with strong presentation and influencing skills.
• Professional, credible presence with senior client stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of marketing, media planning and negotiation; OOH/digital media experience is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, commercially driven and accustomed to exceeding sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing (MBA a plus) and at least 5 years of proven B2B sales experience in media, advertising or similar.
