Senior Service Engineer

About the role

We are a leading medical device company seeking a Senior Service Engineer for our Oman office. The role involves installing, maintaining and troubleshooting medical equipment at customer sites and leading technical support across an assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain and troubleshoot medical equipment at customer sites.
• Lead technical support activities across an assigned territory.
• Resolve technical issues and customer complaints efficiently.
• Support service revenue through Service Agreements, preventive maintenance and spare parts.
• Coordinate installations, training and service resources.
• Maintain technical documentation, tools and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure equipment and tools are maintained and calibrated.
• Mentor and support Service Engineers with technical repairs and maintenance.
• Monitor service performance and support the achievement of service targets.

Required profile

• Omani Nationals preferred.
• Degree in Biomedical, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' field service experience within medical devices, healthcare or life sciences.
• Willingness to travel as needed for on‑site customer support.
• Driver's license required.
• Excellent Arabic and English is a must.
