Senior Specialist Revenue Assurance

About the role

The Senior Specialist Revenue Assurance ensures the accuracy of all revenue streams, minimizes leakage, and strengthens internal controls across the organisation. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams to implement robust RA processes, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and execute daily revenue assurance activities across all RA systems and applications.
• Analyse alarms and configurations of TAPIN/TAPOUT services and perform monthly checks for VAS, Postpaid, Prepaid, Roaming, Resellers, Interconnect and Wholesale Data.
• Reconcile raw source data from network, mediation, billing, CRM and charging systems, identifying inconsistencies and recommending corrective actions.
• Identify, track and report actual or potential revenue leakages caused by network, IT or process deficiencies.
• Prepare revenue‑leakage dashboards, detailed reports and analysis for senior management.
• Conduct UAT for system changes and product launches, highlighting RA and billing risks.
• Define, implement and monitor SLAs, controls and workflows with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with approved policies.
• Develop and maintain RA methodologies, SOPs, coverage plans and align processes with industry best practices such as the TM Forum RA Maturity Model.
• Support new technology and product evaluations, performing tariff analysis and validation across all service categories.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in revenue assurance, finance or telecom billing.
• Proven ability to analyse complex data sets and perform root‑cause investigations.
• Strong understanding of telecom revenue streams and billing lifecycle.
