Senior User Experience Designer

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to turn ambitious ideas into visually extraordinary, intuitive, and interactive digital experiences. The role focuses on building next‑generation platforms that blend immersive 3D environments, cinematic animations, interactive storytelling, and intelligent dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design futuristic, immersive, and visually compelling websites.
• Design intuitive, scalable UI/UX for fintech platforms, SaaS applications, and complex dashboards.
• Create interactive 3D scenes, objects, and visual experiences using Spline or equivalent tools.
• Develop sophisticated scroll‑based animations, micro‑interactions, page transitions, and motion experiences.
• Produce high‑fidelity prototypes and interactive website experiences using Figma and Framer.
• Design responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Translate complex business processes and data into elegant, easy‑to‑understand interfaces.
• Develop reusable design systems, component libraries, and consistent visual identities.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to implement complex animations and interactive experiences.
• Optimize visual concepts for usability, accessibility, and website performance.

Required profile

• Strong creative portfolio showcasing immersive websites, interactive 3D experiences, motion design, and sophisticated digital products.
• Experience designing premium fintech, SaaS, enterprise, or technology platforms.
• Ability to balance extraordinary aesthetics with functionality, accessibility, and performance.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Curiosity, originality, attention to detail, and passion for emerging design technologies.

Required skills

• Figma – advanced UI/UX design, Auto Layout, components, variables, design systems.
• Framer – interactive website design, prototyping, publishing.
• Spline – 3D modeling, interactive scenes, animation.
• GSAP and ScrollTrigger (highly preferred).
• Motion (formerly Framer Motion) (highly preferred).
• Rive – interactive animations and micro‑interactions (highly preferred).
• Adobe After Effects (highly preferred).
• Blender – 3D modeling and rendering (highly preferred).
• Three.js / React Three Fiber – WebGL‑based experiences (highly preferred).
• Understanding of HTML, CSS and frontend development constraints.
• Familiarity with React and Next.js (highly preferred).
• AI‑assisted design tools such as Cursor, Claude, and ChatGPT (highly preferred).
