Senior Warehouse Supervisor (Omanisation)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse and inventory operations for a reputable organization in the agriculture and food production sector. This Omani‑only position involves full ownership of end‑to‑end warehouse management, from inventory control to team supervision, ensuring compliance with biosecurity, health, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily warehouse operations and coordinate quarterly, mid‑year, and annual stocktakes.
• Oversee inspection, receipt, verification, and accurate recording of incoming inventory.
• Manage proper storage, handling, identification, preservation, and rotation of inventory, including production storage.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure timely availability and release per operational needs.
• Investigate inventory variances, stock damage, losses, and discrepancies; implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and issue delivery, dispatch, and export documentation accurately.
• Maintain appropriate warehouse storage conditions for inventory preservation.
• Coordinate specialized product conversion processes according to approved standards.
• Maintain accurate warehouse documentation, data entry, inventory records, and system updates.
• Submit required warehouse, inventory, production, and stock reports to management.
• Monitor warehouse performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce losses.
• Ensure adequate shift coverage and coordinate operations according to the company’s schedule.
• Enforce strict adherence to company policies, biosecurity, health and safety regulations, and operational standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Omani nationality in line with Omanisation requirements.
