About the role

Join the JW Marriott Hotel Muscat team as a Spa Service Expert, delivering memorable spa experiences to our guests. This full‑time, on‑site position combines guest interaction, service promotion, and operational support within a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Promote spa services and retail products to guests.
• Schedule reservations, confirm appointments, and manage the reservation software.
• Check‑in guests, answer service‑related questions, and process payments.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming spa environment.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting (up to 10 lb unaided, 25 lb with assistance), and navigating uneven surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
