Spa Service Expert – Spa Therapist

About the role

The Spa Service Expert – Spa Therapist joins the Marriott hotel team in Muscat to deliver memorable spa experiences for guests. Working on the spa floor, you will promote services, manage bookings and ensure each interaction reflects the brand’s high standards of hospitality. You will work closely with spa therapists and front‑desk staff to coordinate guest flow and ensure seamless service.

Key responsibilities

• Promote spa treatments and retail products to guests.
• Schedule, confirm and manage spa reservations using the hotel’s reservation system.
• Check‑in guests, answer service‑related questions and process payments.
• Handle guest inquiries via phone or in‑person and provide accurate information about treatments.
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming spa environment.
• Assist with inventory handling and ensure treatment rooms are prepared for each client.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior spa experience required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential.
• Ability to stand, walk and move for extended periods and lift up to 25 lb with assistance.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Commitment to follow safety and quality standards.
