About the role

Join the spa team at Crowne Plaza Resort Salalah and deliver premium wellness experiences to our guests. As a Spa Therapist you will perform a variety of treatments in a tranquil environment while ensuring the highest standards of service and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a range of spa treatments including massages, facials and body therapies to a high standard.
• Conduct guest consultations to recommend appropriate treatments based on individual needs.
• Maintain clean, well‑maintained treatment rooms and equipment in line with health and safety regulations.
• Promote spa services and retail products, contributing to sales targets.
• Keep detailed guest records and follow up on feedback.
• Support overall spa operations to preserve a serene and professional atmosphere.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury spa or hotel.
• Recognised qualifications in massage therapy and beauty treatments.
• Fluent Arabic with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professionalism, confidentiality and a guest‑centric attitude.
• Passion for wellness and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
