Specialised Medical Doctor – Hair Health Clinic

About the role

Insparya is seeking a specialised medical doctor to join its hair‑health clinic in Muscat. The role focuses on delivering diagnostic, therapeutic and surgical hair‑restoration services to improve patients’ confidence and well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and coordinate medical procedures, including consultations, hair treatments and hair‑transplant surgeries.
• Validate clinical processes and maintain accurate medical records for each patient.
• Conduct pre‑operative and post‑operative consultations and prescribe appropriate treatments.
• Prepare patient histories and ensure compliance with ethical, professional and legal standards.
• Provide guidance, information and follow‑up support throughout the treatment journey.
• Propose new treatments or innovations and contribute to continuous service improvement.
• Adhere to the Quality Management System procedures.

Required profile

• Medical licence with the ability to work autonomously.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with national and international teams.
