Specialist Interventional Cardiologist – Ibri, Oman

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Interventional Cardiologist to join a reputable healthcare group operating multiple hospitals and clinics across Oman. Based in Ibri, you will work within a modern, collaborative environment delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based cardiac care.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of cardiovascular diseases.
• Perform coronary angiography and percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI).
• Conduct cardiac catheterisation and Cath Lab procedures.
• Implant pacemakers and manage cardiac devices.
• Handle acute coronary syndromes and emergency cardiac interventions.
• Perform Balloon Mitral Valvotomy (BMV), aortoplasty, pericardiocentesis, and other interventional procedures as required.
• Provide patient‑centred care adhering to international clinical standards.

Required profile

• DM, DNB or DrNB qualification in Cardiology (Interventional).
• Minimum 4 years of post‑specialisation experience; 4–6 years preferred.
• Eligibility to practice medicine in Oman (Oman DataFlow, Prometric, MOH Viva, or equivalent).
