Store Supervisor

About the role

The Store Supervisor will lead end‑to‑end store operations for talabat in Muscat, ensuring smooth staffing, ordering, receiving, and order fulfillment. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, controlling costs, and delivering high‑quality service to both internal teams and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage staffing, scheduling, and shift planning while overseeing routine and preventive maintenance.
• Control inventory levels, place replenishment orders, and ensure no out‑of‑stock or over‑stock situations.
• Oversee inbound receiving, accurate order processing, and efficient outbound picking and packing according to SOPs.
• Monitor fulfillment performance, recommend productivity improvements, and manage store budgets and cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, security, and equipment maintenance standards.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in supermarket, retail, or restaurant operations.
• Strong communication skills and a hands‑on attitude.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment; fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
