Supervisor Rider On Ground Ops

About the role

Talabat is seeking a Supervisor Rider On Ground Ops to lead a team of Rider Coordinators within its logistics operations. You will be responsible for ensuring operational compliance, detecting and mitigating rider fraud, and delivering a seamless experience for customers across allocated zones.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, investigate and act on fleet partner rider fraud signals at zone and individual levels.
• Lead operational compliance oversight, ensuring riders follow platform policies, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise anti‑fraud controls during live operations and coordinate corrective actions.
• Manage a team of Rider Coordinators, setting accountability frameworks for fraud detection and compliance targets.
• Conduct on‑ground audits and spot checks to validate rider behaviour and gather intelligence on emerging fraud patterns.
• Serve as primary liaison between riders, vendors and internal stakeholders on compliance matters.
• Own the end‑to‑end process for rider‑level cancellation fraud, from pattern identification to resolution tracking.
• Produce weekly reports on fraud trends, compliance KPIs and recommended actions.
• Drive continuous improvement of fraud detection and compliance SOPs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4‑5 years of experience, preferably in the food or grocery tech industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic; Urdu is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders and present findings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite tools (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Forms).
