About the role
The Supply Chain Associate will oversee and manage inventory, ensuring product availability and optimizing stock levels across the portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain 98%+ availability for the top 1,000 SKUs and minimize inventory days of supply.
- Work with regional suppliers to procure new products based on sales enquiries and coordinate contracts and pricing with the Procurement team.
- Generate supplier‑wise order plans, create purchase orders in the ERP system, and follow up on deliveries.
- Collaborate with Category, Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to guarantee continuous stock coverage.
Required profile
- College or university degree or at least one year of relevant experience in a similar industry.
- Familiarity with an ERP system and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and demonstrate a proactive, innovative attitude.
Required skills
- ERP system usage for purchase order creation and inventory tracking.
- Microsoft Office suite for reporting and data analysis.
