Terminal Planner – Port & Container Operations

About the role

New Alfa International is seeking a Terminal Planner to manage port and container terminal operations in Muscat. The role focuses on planning daily terminal activities, coordinating resources, and supporting productivity targets to ensure smooth container movement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute daily terminal operation plans.
• Allocate and coordinate resources such as cranes, trucks, and personnel.
• Monitor productivity metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with shipping lines, terminal staff, and external partners.
• Prepare operational reports and performance dashboards.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of terminal operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of terminal procedures and planning.
• Understanding of productivity control and HSE requirements.
• Good English communication skills.
• GCC experience preferred.
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
