Test Lead – Fraud Management Systems (SAS SFD)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to drive functional, integration, end‑to‑end and API testing for our SAS Fraud Management System (SAS SFD) in Oman. The role will coordinate testing activities, ensure high‑quality deliverables and support business users throughout User Acceptance Testing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead functional, integration, regression and API testing for SAS Fraud Management Systems.
• Design and maintain test plans, test cases, test data and execute UAT.
• Validate fraud management rules, parameters, profiles, cases and response codes.
• Collaborate with development, business analysts, QA, PMO and client teams to resolve defects.
• Track and manage defects using JIRA or Azure DevOps and keep test documentation up‑to‑date.
• Provide guidance and support to business users and the testing team during UAT.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in functional testing.
• Hands‑on experience with SAS Fraud Management System (SAS SFD).
• Strong background in system, integration, end‑to‑end, regression and API testing.
• Familiarity with core banking platforms (preferably T24), card processing systems (Prime/Postilion), ATM, POS, digital banking channels and payment systems.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Azure DevOps and Agile delivery methods.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
