Therapy Area Representative

About the role

The Therapy Area Representative will act as a key liaison between our pharmaceutical portfolio and healthcare professionals (HCPs) in Oman. You will combine data‑driven insights with omnichannel engagement to promote products responsibly and support clinical decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Execute data‑driven field engagement and deliver tailored omnichannel interactions using digital tools.
• Promote products in a compliant, high‑quality manner aligned with brand strategy and therapeutic area priorities.
• Serve as a trusted partner to HCPs by communicating clinical evidence, product value, and appropriate use.
• Leverage “next best action” insights and digital platforms to maximise engagement impact and execution excellence.
• Capture and share field insights on customer needs, market dynamics, and competitor activity to inform strategy and territory planning.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally while ensuring full compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and local regulations.

Required profile

• Degree or relevant education in a related discipline.
• Solid understanding of the Oman market (preferred).
• Proven track record of successful performance in a similar role.
• Strong communication, analytical, and presentation abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship‑management skills.
