About the role
Pacific Gulf Tourism and Travel is seeking a full‑time Travel Agent to work on‑site in Bousher, Muscat. The role involves handling airline ticketing, reservations and a range of travel‑related services for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Process airline ticketing and reservations.
- Arrange travel itineraries, hotel bookings and holiday packages.
- Provide visa and other travel‑related services.
- Deliver customer service and support throughout the booking process.
Required profile
- Legally eligible to work in Oman.
- Based in Muscat and available to work 5 days per week, 8 hours per day.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
What we offer
- Salary of OMR 325 per month plus sales commission.
- Three‑month training and probation period.
