UX/UI Designer – Product & Marketing Experiences

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for B2C brands and needs a world‑class UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive, beautiful, and high‑converting experiences across its product, marketing site, and customer touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Design dashboards, workflows, and integrations for the core product.
• Create marketing assets such as landing pages, product pages, and demo flows.
• Define, maintain, and expand the design system for speed and consistency.
• Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs using Figma.
• Build conversion‑focused landing pages for product launches and campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel‑perfect implementation.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments to iterate quickly.

Required profile

• Thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Willing to work directly with the CEO, product managers, and engineers.
• Not looking for a traditional 9‑to‑5 corporate job.
• Aims to become one of the best in the field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma for UI design and prototyping.
