Waiter – Food & Beverage at Luxury Resort

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Waiter to join the Food & Beverage team at Jumeirah Muscat Bay, a luxury beachfront resort in Oman. You will be the face of our dining venues, delivering attentive service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Discuss food and wine selections with guests, providing detailed recommendations.
• Control usage of all food and beverage items and service equipment.
• Ensure timely and impeccable food pick‑up and table service.
• Enter guest orders, including special requests, into the hotel POS system.
• Set up, serve, and clear tables efficiently.
• Anticipate guest needs, gauge satisfaction, and respond promptly to concerns.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a waiter in a luxury hospitality environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Creative mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS (point‑of‑sale) systems.
