About the role

We are seeking a waiter to prepare the dining hall before service, keep it clean and organized, and serve guests throughout the shift. The role combines basic restaurant set‑up tasks with direct client service.

Key responsibilities

Assist in morning restaurant cleaning and set‑up.
Clean all service utensils before each service.
Support the captain waiter with mise en place preparation.
Transport food from kitchen to the dining hall and place plates on guests' tables.
Refresh ashtrays, fill glasses with water, and clear tables after meals.
Carry dirty plates and glasses to the dishwashing area.
Follow the captain waiter’s instructions and work under their guidance.

Required profile

Maintain a clean appearance and high personal hygiene standards.
Ability to follow directions from the captain waiter and work as part of a team.
