About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our front‑of‑house team as waiters or waitresses. In this hospitality role you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and a memorable dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist them throughout their visit.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly while maintaining high quality standards.
- Keep tables, dining areas, and service stations clean and organized.
- Address guest inquiries, resolve concerns courteously, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and company service standards at all times.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hotel environment is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Positive attitude with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting and work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
