About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable waitstaff to join our restaurant team. As a Waiter or Waitress you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and a memorable dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist them throughout their visit.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly while maintaining high quality standards.
- Keep tables, dining areas, and service stations clean and organized.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any concerns courteously.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company service standards.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hotel is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Positive, customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
