About the role
Brown Earth Trading & Contracting LLC is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Welder to join its mechanical engineering and steel fabrication team in Sohar. The successful candidate will perform arc and MIG welding on a variety of materials while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Execute arc welding and MIG welding tasks according to project specifications.
- Interpret and follow technical drawings and welding procedures.
- Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Required profile
- Proven experience in arc and MIG welding.
- Physical strength and stamina for prolonged standing and manual labor.
Required skills
- Arc welding

- Reading technical drawings
- Knowledge of welding safety procedures
