About the role
Al Hashar Group is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead its automotive workshop in Muscat. The role focuses on supervising technicians, managing job card scheduling, and ensuring high workshop throughput while delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate workshop technicians on a daily basis.
- Manage job card scheduling and workshop workflow to optimise throughput.
- Monitor workshop performance and implement process improvements.
- Ensure timely and effective customer service delivery.
