4PL Account Executive – US-MENA Trade (High-Volume Outbound)

About the role
We are seeking a results‑driven 4PL Account Executive to develop US‑based SMBs trading with the MENA region. The role focuses on high‑velocity outbound calling using a Parallel Dialer to generate qualified opportunities and close new logistics contracts.
Key responsibilities
- Make a minimum of 300 outbound calls per shift with the Parallel Dialer, achieving 15‑25% connect rate.
- Deliver a concise Initial Benefit Statement, qualify prospects, and schedule discovery meetings.
- Conduct 10‑15 qualified discovery meetings weekly, run virtual sessions, overcome objections, and close 4PL service agreements.
- Onboard new clients, configure PL setups in FGL Command TMS, and coordinate with sourcing and procurement teams.
- Utilise Agile CRM for real‑time call logging and pipeline management; generate personalized outreach with Gemini AI.
- Track daily and weekly KPIs, including calls, live conversations, meetings, proposals, and signed contracts.
Required profile
- Native‑level English fluency for US‑based calls.
- At least 1 year of high‑volume outbound sales experience (telemarketing, freight brokerage, B2B inside sales).
- Resilience to handle frequent rejections and a strong desire to meet aggressive call targets.
- Comfort with adopting new technology tools quickly.
- Basic understanding of supply‑chain concepts or willingness to learn.

- Base salary of 500 OMR per month.
