Account Manager – Oman

About the role

CNS is looking for a dynamic, results‑driven Account Manager to join its Oman team. The role focuses on managing and growing key accounts in the Omani market, driving business opportunities and meeting assigned sales targets. Candidates should have solid experience with System Integrators and a strong grasp of the IT solutions landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Protect CNS interests by maintaining confidentiality, complying with policies, ISO standards and audit requirements.
• Plan and forecast projects from prospective customers, staying updated on market trends and competitor positioning.
• Build consultative, C‑level relationships and promote CNS’s full portfolio (servers, storage, networking, security, virtualization, backup, disaster recovery, support, managed services).
• Identify and develop a pipeline of prospects, maintain accurate sales forecasting and drive opportunities from identification to profitable closure.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, own winning projects and expand market share.
• Collaborate with internal teams (pre‑sales, technical, support) and use escalation processes when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with System Integrators and selling IT solutions.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to engage C‑level executives.
• Track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
