Asset Maintenance Management System Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead the end‑to‑end planning and execution of our Asset Maintenance Management System (AMMS) initiative. The role will work closely with business units to translate operational needs into a robust, integrated maintenance solution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with workflows across all relevant business units.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to validate requirements and obtain sign‑off.
• Identify and document all functional and integration requirements between the maintenance system and existing operational systems.
• Draft comprehensive Statements of Work (SoW) covering the full scope of the AMMS project.
• Conduct thorough As‑Is and To‑Be analyses to define process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in asset management system implementations or consulting roles.
• Knowledge of asset management standards and best practices.
• Experience conducting digital transformation assessments.
• Relevant certifications in Asset Management are a plus.
