About the role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support professional to join our team in Muscat, Oman.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong communication, problem‑solving and organizational skills
- Excellent command of both Arabic and English
Required skills
- Good understanding of computer hardware, software and basic networking
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and IT troubleshooting
- Ability to provide technical support and resolve day‑to‑day IT issues
