About the role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support professional to join our team in Muscat, Oman.

Required profile

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong communication, problem‑solving and organizational skills
Excellent command of both Arabic and English

Required skills

Good understanding of computer hardware, software and basic networking
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and IT troubleshooting
Ability to provide technical support and resolve day‑to‑day IT issues
