Assistant Plant Operator

About the role

The Assistant Plant Operator will support daily plant operations in an industrial environment, working closely with senior operators to ensure smooth production flow and safe working conditions. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience with plant machinery and a pathway to a full operator role.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the operation and monitoring of plant machinery.
• Support routine maintenance and inspection activities.
• Handle material movement and perform basic operational tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas.
• Follow instructions from Plant Operators and supervisors.

Required profile

• Technical qualification such as ITI or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates with a technical background are welcome.
• Physically fit and able to work in an industrial setting.
• Willingness to work in shifts and adhere to safety standards.
