Audit Supervisor (FY27) – Oman

About the role

We are seeking an Audit Supervisor to lead the execution of our FY27 audit plan for medium and large clients in Oman. You will work closely with partners and managers to deliver high‑quality audit services, reduce client risk and support revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organise audit engagements, allocating tasks to audit assistants.
• Conduct fieldwork, prepare financial statements, transmittal letters and other deliverables.
• Coach and mentor junior team members throughout the audit process.
• Maintain regular communication with managers/partners on progress and issues.
• Ensure timely partner and manager reviews, complete documentation and follow‑up on outstanding information.
• Analyse audit costs, manage work‑in‑progress (WIP) and prepare fee note requisitions.
• Collect outstanding debtor payments and sustain strong client relationships.
• Oversee stock counts and subsequent follow‑up activities.

Required profile

• BSc in Accounting or equivalent.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of audit experience, including at least 2 years post‑qualification.
• Experience with clients in real estate, construction, oil & gas or related sectors.
• Thorough knowledge of IFRS and ISA standards.
