Avionics Lecturer / Instructor (Full‑Time)

About the role

Chase Resourcing is seeking experienced Avionics Lecturers/Instructors to join a leading aviation training institution in Muscat, Oman. The role involves delivering high‑quality avionics education to higher‑education students and ensuring rigorous assessment standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate avionics and aircraft systems courses for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
• Develop curriculum materials, practical labs, and assessment tools aligned with ICAO and local authority standards.
• Provide mentorship and academic guidance to students, fostering technical competence and professional growth.
• Maintain and update course content to reflect the latest industry developments and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in higher education, preferably with a background in evaluation or curriculum development.
• Master’s degree (or higher) in Avionics, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field, with at least five years of relevant industry experience.
• Professional membership such as CEng or IEng is desirable.
• Valid aircraft license with type‑course approvals and, where applicable, authorization to teach and examine issued by an ICAO‑recognised authority.
• Formal training in instructional techniques, Train‑the‑Trainer certification, or equivalent recognised instructor status.
