Business Development & Operations Manager – Drone, Geospatial & Solar PV

About the role

Marmol Integrated LLC is seeking a senior Business Development & Operations Manager to drive growth and oversee delivery of its drone, geospatial, oilfield and renewable‑energy services across Oman, the GCC and international markets. The role combines market expansion, proposal preparation, contract negotiation and end‑to‑end project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business‑development strategies for target regions and sectors.
• Identify new opportunities in renewable energy, oil & gas, industrial inspection, infrastructure and related markets.
• Lead the full sales cycle from market research, client engagement, RFQ review to technical and commercial proposal creation.
• Negotiate contracts, secure awards and coordinate with internal teams for project delivery.
• Oversee project costing, execution, invoicing and payment follow‑up.
• Collaborate with technical, subcontractor and vendor teams to ensure successful service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development and commercial management within engineering, technology or energy services.
• Strong project‑management capability and commercial acumen.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to clients, senior management and operational teams.
• Willingness to travel within Oman and the broader region.
