Business Intelligence Manager

About the role

Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for collecting, analysing and interpreting data to support strategic and operational decision‑making, working across business lines, products, services and market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, clean and validate data from multiple internal and external sources to ensure accuracy for reporting.
• Design, produce and maintain regular and ad‑hoc management reports, executive summaries and interactive dashboards.
• Develop performance indicators and metrics aligned with business objectives and translate business questions into analytical requirements.
• Collaborate with business units, finance, risk, compliance and IT to gather requirements, address data quality issues and support planning cycles.
• Lead task‑automation initiatives, project scopes and cross‑functional task forces to drive efficiency and strategic insights.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Big Data & AI, Computer Science or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, dashboard development and project management.

Required skills

• Tableau or Power BI for dashboard creation.
• Python and SQL for data manipulation and scripting.
• Advanced Excel for analysis.
• AI tools and automation software for process optimisation.
