Civil Engineer (Project Coordinator)

About the role

The role involves coordinating civil engineering activities for hospitality‑related construction projects such as hotels, resorts, villas and tourism facilities. You will act as the main link between clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, to quality standards and within specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day project activities with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, monitoring and controlling project activities.
• Oversee civil and building works for hotels, resorts, villas and other hospitality developments.
• Monitor progress to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and schedules.
• Review and coordinate architectural, structural and civil drawings, identifying technical issues.
• Manage inspections, material approvals, technical submissions and obtain consultant/client approvals.
• Ensure adherence to HSE standards, contractual obligations and project specifications.
• Participate in coordination and progress meetings with all project stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience in building construction, preferably in tourism, hospitality, hotel, resort or luxury villa projects.
• Strong understanding of building construction, finishing works and site coordination.
