Contract Manager – Transport Infrastructure

About the role

Our client, a leading global construction group, is expanding its transport infrastructure portfolio in Oman and seeks a Contract Manager to join the Middle East contract management team. The role is based on site in the Muscat region and offers a permanent position with a generous leave allowance.

Key responsibilities

• Administer contracts and manage subcontractor relationships.
• Oversee claims, variation orders and extensions of time (EOTs).
• Draft, negotiate and review contract documents.
• Support dispute resolution processes, including dispute boards and arbitration preparation.
• Coordinate with legal and project teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Degree‑qualified quantity surveyor, engineer or construction professional.
• Experience in civil infrastructure projects such as tunnels, water, highways, rail or stations.
• Stable work history and willingness to commit to a permanent role in Oman.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
