Country Manager – Enterprise SaaS & Digital Transformation

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Country Manager to lead our Enterprise SaaS and Digital Transformation business in Oman. You will head the local Implementation Centre and act as the strategic bridge between our company, Tier‑1 EPC contractors, government bodies, asset owners, and industry partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a country‑wide growth strategy across Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Industrial and Public Works sectors.
• Drive new business acquisition from discovery to deal closure, building C‑suite relationships and leading high‑value pitch presentations.
• Serve as executive sponsor for strategic accounts, translating client challenges into digital transformation roadmaps.
• Oversee platform deployments, ensuring milestones, budget, quality and safety targets are met.
• Develop high‑trust relationships with Omani government ministries and lead strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in EPC or large‑scale construction project delivery.
• Proven business development track record with senior‑level stakeholder engagement.
• Strong understanding of digital execution platforms, AI infusion and Lean construction methodologies.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence government and industry partners.
